📣 New Process for Scholarships and AM Override Discounts

As of July 1, 2025, all requests for discount overrides and scholarships must follow our new process — Customer Support can no longer apply these directly.


Here’s what to do:

  • If you’re a Program Manager, please escalate your request to your Area Manager. Only Area Managers may submit discount or scholarship requests.

  • If the student is not yet enrolled, do not use the Discount Override/Scholarship form. Instead, request Registration Support through this Field Leader Support Form to help the family get enrolled first.

Once the student is enrolled, the Area Manager should submit the request using this form:

Here’s how it works:

  1. The student must already be enrolled before a request is submitted.

  2. Once submitted, the Regional Manager will review and approve or deny the request.

  3. If denied, the Area Manager will receive an email explaining the decision.

  4. If approved, Digital Ops will apply the discount in LineLeader.

➡️ Do not contact Customer Support to apply discounts or scholarships — all requests must go through this process moving forward.
